Letteralmente direi "fregatura a grappolo", nel senso che tanti aspetti negativi erano interconnessi/si assommavano, ma forse un'immagine di tante diramazioni, ciascuna che fa danni su un altro aspetto, è più efficace in italiano.

"Il tuo furto di droga è stato proprio una stronzata tentacolare, un sasso nello stagno che ha influito su tutti gli rapporti..."
