This instrument contains two lasers:
Q-switched Nd:YAG: Infrared light for tattoo removal of:
dark colour and Q-switched KTP-laser: green light for
removal of reed and orange colour.
Q-Switched Neodymium-YAG laser have been used for
tattoo removal since 1991. Documentation for this
laser type have is the most extensive. Theoretically, this
laser type, with a longer wavelength, gives a deeper
penetration, and at the same time less absorption in
melanin.
