Explanation:
Di solito, in Italia, si dice "vado al Comune" per indicare che ci si reca nei vari uffici comunali per richiedere documenti, ecc. Perciò, io ti proporrerei:
"... devono contattare i locali uffici comunali/del Comune..." (in realtà, secondo me, dovrebbero rivolgersi, più che al Comune, al locale "ufficio di collocamento" per ottenere il nullaosta a lavorare). In fondo si tratta di un ufficio comunale pure quello ;)!
