Commissione per la valutazione degli affitti Explanation: I guess they are the people who decide how much a lessee should pay for rent. Commissione in this case fits the meaning much better than Comitato |

Commissione per l'aggiudicazione del canone d'affitto Explanation: Assessment mi pone sempre problemi. Vuol dire accertamento, valutazione, ma anche stabilire d'ufficio; trattandosi di social housing forse avviene quello che avviene in Canada cioè che il canone d'affitto è controllato, "bloccato" come si diceva una volta in Italia, e che viene deciso non dal mercato ma dalla commissione in questione. saluti paola l m |
