neutral  nuccia80: Io l'ho interpretato cosi': specializzato nelle maniere forti e nelle estorsioni. "Shakes" starebbe per "shakedowns". La violenza e' comunque esplicita, il termine routine nn l'ho tradotto, e credo alluda alla violenza come routine.
