Suppongo che il testo sia stato tradotto da asiatici, e che workover, traduzione letterale di un termine cinese, stia per "realizzare". La persona in questione, quindi, oltre a sovrintendere ai pozzi già esistenti, deve seguire la realizzazione ... ecc ecc ... dei nuovi pozzi di Huizhou.
