Explanation:
Confesso, non so come si chiama in italiano, ma visto che si tratta di tutine per bambini ho pensato ai body di mia nipote che hanno uno scollo particolare (il pezzo davanti e quello dietro si sovrappongono ai lati, verso le spalle). In questo modo è più facile farci passare la testina del bimbo, ma allo stesso tempo la tutina rimane accollata...(vd.primo ref. seconda riga dall'alto - foto 2) però non ho idea di come si chiami, magari "scollo sovrapposto" va bene
