English to Japanese translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase: on-sale agreement
ガス関連の契約にon-sale agreementというのがあるらしいのですが、これがどのような契約なのか、日本語で何と呼んでいるのか、教えていただけないでしょうか。

on-saleに「特価で」という意味があるので、特別な価格条件を定めたものかもしれませんが、確認が取れておりません。

売買契約

Explanation:
Hi,

Looking at some references, it looks like it is used almost in the same or similar way as a sale and purchase agreement and therefore, I believe '売買契約' can be the closest Japanese translation.

In the link attached, there is a line 'IEC is an Israeli state-owned electricity producer that entered into a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement with EMG on August 8, 2005 (the "On-Sale Agreement").' and it is used as another term of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (売買契約).

If it is a Gas On-Sale Agreement, it can be 'ガス売買契約' and 'LNG売買契約' for LNG On-Sale Agreement.

Notes to answerer
Asker: On-Saleが「特価」を表す可能性も考えられますが、単に「売買契約」と訳した方が安全のようですね。アドバイスありがとうございました。
