sumire-san - do you think this is for country names and not language names? I realize your original question says 国名コード, but there is no country code of "EL" under the ISO3166 standards (see http://www.comfi.com/common/inc/ISO_3166.html ) although for this standard, 確かに "El Salvador" is "SV."
