English term or phrase: Aikiju
This is a Japanese martial art that is a variation of Aikido, it has a stronger focus on it's Aikijujutsu predecessor. I wish to discover the Japanese characters that Aikiju translates to so that I might tattoo them on my shoulder. Thank you for any help you may be able to give me!

Japanese translation:合気柔術 (aikijujutsu)
Explanation:
I searched the word "aikiju" but did not find one. I did not find the word "aikiju". All search results came back as "aikijujutsu" (合気柔術). I believe it is "aikijujutsu" (合気柔術) in Japanese, not "aikiju". If you really want "aikiju" without "jutsu" at the end use the first 3 characters(合気柔). As you stated, this is combination of aikido and jujutsu.

JunkoG,
Thank you for your help in translating this for me, I really appreciate that! I need help in one final item and I hope that you will be willing to help. I need to find out how those Japanese characters for Aikiju would appear as if they were on a dojo wall or some sort of art piece or something, any other venue than a computer screen, such that it would look like traditional Japanese writing. If you could help me further or point me in the right direction I would be most grateful. Thanks again.
