You can also say 航空病(koukuu-byou), however, it is not common and even some Japanese people are not familiar with this term. It is much more common to say 飛行機酔い, as being "carsick" is 乗り物酔い(norimono-yoi) or 車酔い(kuruma-yoi).
In a sentence, you can use it like:
I am airsick. = 私は飛行機酔いした。(watashi ha hikouki-yoi shita)
ask student if she was airsick
= 学生に、飛行機酔いしたかどうか訊く(gakusei ni, hikouki-yoi shitakadouka kiku)
