I do not speak Romanian, but I can assure you that Moldavian is virtually the same language as Romanian. so if you have it in one language, you have it in the other as well.

I have found the correct way to say "I love you" in Moldavian at the site listed below. It is "eu te iubesc". As well, I have sent an e-mail to a lady in the US who adopted children from Kazakstan, and she knows how to say "I love you" in Kazak. I am hoping that she will reply, and then I will pass the answer along to you.
