완벽해요! or 완벽합니다! Explanation: (wan-byuk hae-yo) or (wan-byuk hap-ni-da) *pronunciation in English "Perfect" means 완벽(wan-byuk) in Korean. However, when you make it a sole sentence. We say it like a verb in Korean. 해요 (hae-yo)is a suffix to indicate the formality and verb. 합니다 (hap-ni-da) is also a formal suffix. So, even though you say an adjective only, you should say it like a sentence in Korean. cf) 완벽하다~. (wan-byuk ha-da) *informal way In this case 하다 (ha-da) is also a suffix. |

맞았어요 (Ma-ja-sseo-yo), 아주 잘했어요(A-ju Jal-he-sseo-yo) Explanation: I don't think "Perfect" is a common word at this sitution in Korea. I rather say : Correct : 맞았어요 or Doing great (well done) : 아주(A-ju)/정말(Jeong-mal)/참(Cham) 잘했어요(Jalhesseoyo) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2003-05-13 01:35:29 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- sorry for misspelling: sitution -> situation |
