I have added one adverb "truly" to your phrase, which is more suitable if you truly love your girl friend. That one additional word will make a tremendous difference. The word-for-word back translation of above Korean sentece is: "I you truly love". That's the word order in the Korean language. Your girl friend will like that expression.
