dobrodojde, dobrodojdovte

dobrodojde means welcome, but it refers to second person singular. If you have more than one guest you should say dobrodojdovte because it refers to second person plural.
Words in Macedonian are pronounced like they are writen, which is very different from the rules in English, the way tou pronounce words is the same as the way you write them. I am completely sure about this since Macedonian is my vernacular.
I hope that you will find this information useful and that you will have great time with your guests.

Ne zboruvam Makedonski

Everything that the person named MAYASE told you how to say welcome, + the "j" in Macedonian sounds like a Y. and I am just telling you how to say I do not speak any Macedonian. Most likely though they will probably speak a bit of or a lot of english.
Good luck.
