Fra irsk skattelovgivning: Noe som ikke er et reelt salg, men blir behandlet som et salg for skattemessige formål. Jeg skulle helst hatt en kort oversettelse siden termen forekommer ofte.

In 2006, changes were introduced such that if an Irish investor in a fund had not sold their units within 8 years of acquiring them, there would be a “deemed disposal” on the 8th anniversary of their acquisition.
