'Shah' means 'king' and 'dokht' is the short form of 'dokhtar' (meaning 'daughter'). This term has been the formal title for the princesses in Iran. Although 'shahzadeh Khanoum' is an acceptable term, it is used only in stories. So 'shah-dokt' is a real title for a living princess!
