Dear Simon: I feel 'طرح and روش seem to be pretty close" is not quite correct, because when we talk about a "plan", as in the term of inquiry, it is a scheme or a planned system for achieving something; however, Ravesh is the way/method you implement yr plan. Therefore, due heed must be paid in the rendering of the term.

I've just taken a close look at the Persian translation, and it says طرح ساده زیستن. Now, طرح and روش seem to be pretty close synonyms, so that’s okay, but is زیستن correct or is it a mistake, perhaps a typo for زیستی?
