English term or phrase: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Abbreviated as EMDR, this is a therapy for people who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, a schocking experience, such as a traffic accident or violence etc. Quite often, just the remembrance of the event/s underlying the schocking experience unlocks emotional reactions, terrifying flashbacks, nightmares etc. The therapy consists of a serieis of hand movements by the therapist before the patient's eyes during a number of sessions. These movements are meant as an outside stimulus to distract patient's concentration on the traumatic experience, thereby bringing back his/her natural information processing capacity. Although, this is a relatively new form of therapy, it has proved to be helpful.
I am looking for a good Persian equivalent especially for the word: REPROCESSING. I am thinking myself of "baz-parvardan / baz-parvari", but, may someone else has a better idea.
