faktyczny wlasciciel Explanation: = the person who has the right to enjoy ownership of an asset irrespective of whether or not such a person is the registered owner or legal owner. Tych dwoch ostatnich English-Polish Business Glossary (Hara, Murphy, Wardynski) nazywa odpowiednio wlascicielami de iure oraz de facto, natomiast beneficial ownera nazywa "uzytkownikiem majatku". Trudnosc w tym, ze polskie prawo nie czyni tych wszystkich rozroznien wlasnosci i, rzecz jasna, nie ma mowy o "uzytkowniku akcji". "Posiadacz" tez wydaje mi sie, ze to za malo. peer agreement (net): -1dziedziczacy wlasciciel Explanation: Najlepsze co moge wymyslec to dziedziczacy wlasciciel zwyklych zarejestrowanych akcji. beneficial- zdaje mi sie pochodzi od beneficiary co znaczy dziedziczacy, obdarowany. Probowalam innych tlumaczen ale nie pasuja. Moze maja jakis termin specialny ale nie jestem pewna. |
