Wydaje mi się, że "low" tu oznacza najniższą cenę dostaw do WE wg indeksu ICIS. Cenę z umowy należy skorygować o miesięczną zmianę indeksu ICIS liczoną wg najniższych cen. Przykładowy wykres pokazujący indeks ICIS dla metanolu, ceny "high" i "low":
