Ansung River is 820,00 m wide and 7,20 m deep and the water flow speed is 1.78 m/s. Temporary roads over the river cannot be built because of their negative environmental effect on the river. Carrying large marine equipment to the construction site is difficult because of the Asan Bay Seawall at the downstream of Ansung River.
