agree  Wojciech Sztukowski: Niech będzie, ale ja bym dał "pozostali Sekretarze Generalni".

  -> Dziękuję.:) Sformułowanie "pozostali Sekretarze Generalni" oznaczałoby, że są jeszcze jacyś inni, o których była wcześniej mowa (a tu chodzi o wszystkich). BTW, s. g. nie jest lepszy od premiera, czy prezydenta, więc wielkie litery nie są uzasadnione.
