Czy wie ktoś, jak taki egzamin nazwać po polsku? Występuje w suplemencie do dyplomu z UK...

In the UK, an unseen examination is an essay test in school or college, where the student does not know what questions are going to be asked. The student is required to answer questions based upon what they have learned over the course of their academic study.

Explanation:

Reference: Unseen/ closed book

Reference information:
Unseen/ closed book: -students have no sight of the paper's content prior to the start of the examination itself.

Open book: where participants can take a supporting text into the exam hall, but have not seen the questions in advance. Open books are designed to test students understanding of a subject and how well they can make an argument more than their ability to memorise facts.

Seen: A 'seen' examination is one where the examination questions are released to the students before the examination date. Students then prepare their answers before writing them in a formal invigilated examination environment.

This kind of assessment almost needs no introduction, as most people will have heard the phrase ‘you may now turn your paper over’ at some time in their educational career. An unseen exam is a time-constrained assessment task, presented to students for the first time at the beginning of the assessment. Unseen exams are usually hand-written and last two to three hours. They are sometimes required by professional bodies - https://www.celt.mmu.ac.uk/assessment/design/docs/unseen_exa...
