The Contractor shall take all necessary steps to protect the environment (both on and off the Site) and to limit damage and nuisance to people and property resulting from pollution, noise and other results of his operations.

The Contractor shall ensure that emissions, surface discharges and effluent from the Contractor’s activities shall not exceed the values indicated in the Employer’s Requirements, and shall not exceed the values prescribed by applicable Laws.

agree  mrall: do instalacji powierzchniowych: kanalizacja, drenaz, instalacje burzowe, kanaly wodne, rzeki czy bezposrednio do gruntu. Wymaga to stosownych pozwolen i obrobki sciekow przed odprowadzeniem

są tu różne typy: emissions, ..... itd: wygląda na to, że chodzi o emisje (gazy, pyły), zanieczyszczenia stałe i ciekłe; (stałe czyli deponowane na powierzchni ziemi)

agree  Olga Karp: może zanieczyszczenia powierzchni (?), łatwiej byłoby gdybyśmy wiedzieli więcej o tym "Contractor", bez tego to raczej po omacku..:-))
