Warunki korzystania z platformy transakcyjnej Forex.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the right to close any transaction, at its sole and absolute discretion, without providing prior notice to the Client, if the underlying asset or contract on which the transaction is based settles on an expiry date as determined by the relevant Financial Market, a reasonable time prior to such Expiry Date (such time referred to as "Closing Time" and the relevant expiring transaction referred to as an "Expiring Transaction").
The Company shall indicate the Closing Time for each asset in the relevant Contract Specifications.
The Company will not be obligated to ROLL OVER an Open Position in an Expiring Transaction.

Przeniesieni pozycji? Gdzie? Nie można na kolejną sesję, bo przecież bazowe aktywa będę rozliczane/zamykane. Nie rozumiem sensu.
