English term or phrase: eat well
How to translate it into Polish in a sentence like 'Admonitions to be good, eat well and have fun follow her to the pavement'? I know it should be easy but somehow 'dobrze jesc' or 'jesc zdrowo' doesn't fit here. Also it's about admonitions given to a small girl before she goes to school. Just to be clear.
