English term or phrase: authoring software

Witam,
mam problem ze znalezieniem polskiego odpowiednika dla "authoring software".

Problem w tym, że jest to projekt terminologiczny, więc nie jestem w stanie podać kontekstu.
Mam za to definicję:
"Software that provides pre-programmed elements which allow the development of interactive multimedia applications in order to edit, structure and lay out content intended for publication".
