agree  Andrzej Lejman: Tak to się zwykle tłumaczy; skoro jednak "tylko" officer, to może pełnomocnik?

  -> Dziekuję. Zaproponowałem "dyrektora" przez analogię np. z CEO oraz ze względu na zbitkę z Government and International Affairs
