Pallets carrying green product enter the stacker just above a pair of flight angles. As each tier is filled with pallets, the stacker elevates to the next tier level and the flight angle lifts the pallet. When the stacker is one short of being completely filled, the fork assembly (which is parked between the stacker and rack conveyor and also its home position) is moved forward by the carriage assembly until the forks are directly under the pallets. The last tier of pallets are accumulated directly over the lowest fork. T
