Distributor shall use only current versions of Product labelling approved by Bio-Rad (i.e. over-labels, IFUs, manuals and other technical documentation) in conjunction with Bio-Rad Products. Wiem, że 'over-labelling' to nadmierne etykietowanie, ale jak przetłumaczyć termin 'over'label' w podanym kontekście?

Explanation:
Over-labelled medicine packs are medicines which have a pre-printed label containing dosage instructions and other information. They are stocked on wards and given directly to patients by nursing staff who write individual patient’s names and the date on the pack. They are stored in each patient’s bedside locker, along with any medicines the patient has brought into hospital with them. The over-labelled medicines and patient’s own medicines are used during the patient’s stay and then, where relevant, are issued to the patient at discharge.

Relabeling and Over-labeling
Over-labeling by placing a new label over an old label is discouraged by FDA but is acceptable as long as the new label and its use meet GMP requirements for attachment, legibility, reprocessing, and change control. (Over-labeling is also discouraged in some foreign countries.)

In some scenarios, certain medicinal products require a bespoke label when supplied to specific countries as an unlicensed medicine. WEP Clinical provides a time-and cost-effective solution for over-labeling of unlicensed medicines which are supplied to exact specifications and contain a unique patient information leaflet (PIL). We can translate text (strictly version controlled) from the original PIL & carton into the desired local language, print off the new over-label, and prepare the pack according to the requirements specified by the customer and patient.
