Drodzy Tłumacze, prośba o pomoc.
W/w termin pochodzi z Katalogu Opakowań. Różnicę między dwoma rodzajami opakowań stanowi "nailed chassis" lub "non-nailed chassis".
Moje wątpliwości wzbudza już sam termin "chassis" nie wiem czy traktować go jako "paletę", czy raczej to do czego dane opakowanie jest przymocowane np. : "podłoże"
Być może chodzi tutaj o mocowanie elementów z jakich paleta jest złożona - za pomocą gwoździ/ śrub lub w inny sposób.

Moja propozycja tłumaczenia : "paleta mocowana bez użycia gwoździ"
Można użyć jej dla obu w/w znaczeń.
