to require the distribution of any dividend or other income payment by an Investment Company or by any investment vehicle the ownership, equity or debt interests in or of which comprise assets of the Trust Fund or of an Investment Company nor

an investment vehicle some or all of the ownership, equity or debt interests in or of which owned directly or indirectly by that Investment Company and;

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Trustee shall not be bound or required to interfere in the management or conduct of the business of any investment vehicle wherever resident or incorporated the ownership, equity or debt interests in or of which are comprised in the Trust Fund even if ownership rights carrying control of the investment vehicle are comprised in the Trust Fund
