 Failure to timely notify supervisor in cases of absence or make timely request for an extension of an approved leave of absence.

 Failure to comply with the established dress code.

 Excessive interruption of work for personal business, personal phone calls or personal visits by or to other employees or third parties.

 Garnishments in excess of those permitted by law.

 Leaving the work area or department during working hours without authorization.

 Remaining in or entering the facility during off duty hours without authorization.

 Smoking in prohibited areas.

 Unauthorized posting, defacing, or removal of notices, signs, writings on bulletin boards or other Company property.

Pelo contexto, me parece estar se referindo a adornos, pois também inclui outras regras referentes à vestimenta dos funcionários. Dado que existe uma regra sobre o "dress code" deles para circular na área, entendo que também esteja proibido o uso de adornos excessivos, por conta da segurança.

Lei mesmo acredito que não. Mas por ser um código de conduta ou política de segurança, acho que cabe a tradução de "law" como "regra" ou "código".

Penso tratar-se apenas da "apresentação" do trabalhador.

Em algumas empresas é proibida a utilização de símbolos religiosos, piercings, tatuagens, etc.

Considerando a lista referida, faz todo o sentido.
