Alguém poderia me ajudar, por favor, a traduzir a frase acima? A sentença completa é: "Scholarship recipient will receive a 'first look' placement consideration upon graduation".

A minha dúvida maior é com relação a "first look". Pensei em: "O bolsista terá a possibilidade de ser contratado após a formatura" ou "O bolsista terá a chance de ocupar uma vaga na empresa após a formatura".

Esta sentença faz parte de um programa de bolsa de estudo.

Agradeço desde já qualquer ajuda.
