Conforme explicado anteriormente, a informação foi prestada pelo Serviço de Atendimento ao Cliente em Fortuna, Califórnia. Uma vez prestadas as informações iniciais (incorretas), a atendente (chamada Ashley) ligou para o seu chefe para esclarecer o que significa "self-welting" neste contexto e me ligou de volta, deixando uma mensagem de voz que diz o seguinte: "Self-welting means that the mattress has its tape edge hand-sewn onto the edge of the box spring. It basically means 'hand-sewn'." As informações anteriores se referem ao Trueflex, segundo ela. |
