Oi, pessoa, a pergunta parece boba, mas realmente não sei se há uma palavras usada para esse "add" no caso. Pensei em "assinar", mas a gente não assina um serviço de streaming de vídeo gratuito. Ou "ter"... Só não sei porque usaram "add".

Sei que parece estranho, mas ainda acho que "assinar" é a melhor solução. Mesmo quando não é pago, o indivíduo assina pelo serviço ao fazer um cadastro no site e passar a utilizá-lo. Além disso, utilizar a palavra "gratuito" para referir-se a serviço deixaria claro a natureza do mesmo.
Minha tradução da primeira frase seria: "Você pretende assinar mais algum serviço de transmissão de vídeo gratuito este ano?". E a segunda: "Você assinou algum serviço de transmissão de vídeo este ano?".
