Pra mim, falta alguma coisa na frase. Traduzi, até agora da seguinte forma, mas acho que algo me escapa e assim, nada encaixa:

Nós sabemos que , pelos dados dos primeiros stents, a warfarina não é eficaz para prevenir as complicações iniciais de trombose no stent, e enquanto um evento de sangramento importante poderia ser algo que poderia ser potencialmente devastador, especialmente se fosse um sangramento intracraniano, que administrando a ela uma pequena amostra de tríplice terapia e vendo quanto de sangramento incômodo há, ciente de que muitos pacientes a toleram bem.

Realmente, gastei tempo e não consegui algo decente, falta alguma coisa nessa frase, mas aqui vai minha sugestão.
"Sabemos, baseado nos primeiros dados stent, que a varfarina não é eficaz na prevenção de complicações pós-trombose de stent, e embora um evento de hemorragia grave fosse potencialmente devastador, especialmente se for uma hemorragia intracraniana, que submetê-la a uma breve terapia tripla e ver a quantidade de sangramento incômodo, cientes que muitos pacientes tem boa tolerância a ela. "
