English term or phrase: "funnel factor"
Is a molecule where several oncogenic signals converge and drive the proliferative signal downstream. This transformation-inducing signal inexorably passes and is canalized through the funnel factor. Funnel factors provide a clear reflection of the tumor’s transforming potential regardless of the triggering genetic alteration upstream. The level of expression of these factors should correlate with the degree of malignancy of the tumor and the most relevant clinical parameters, such as metastasis and survival. Therefore, they may reflect the molecular information and transformation potential for each tumor.

Fator de Afunilamento

Explanation:
I think the word afunilamento will be closer with the original meaning. I know its used n the field, but don't seams like it have a direct translation to Portuguese.

Now I read again your context and it refers to a molecule or substance (molecule is a symbol), and not cold numbers:)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Oi Clauwolf! I'm not sure this is the same thing and here's why: when I Google "funnel factor," it never appears as a number (more as a molecule identified as a funnel factor) but fator de concentração appears to be a measurement, i.e., "e um fator de concentração de 22." Any thoughts?

molécula ou fator gargalo

Explanation:

Kind of a visual suggestion, it seems these molecules act as a "bottleneck" that converge upstream oncogenic signals and drive the proliferative signal downstream.
