eu acho estão todos certos, excepto que no seu contexto não será intérprete de corte, pois não me parece estarem a descrever as características de um destes, mas sim de um intérprete que é especializado em assuntos de tribunais e outros processos e acções judiciais.
Existem bastantes nos EUA, mas não me parece que em outros países sejam uma profissão diferenciada como o são aqui nos States, talvez porque a necessidade não obriga a isso.
