Encontrei "rolar os ombros", mas não tenho certeza se é isso mesmo ou se faz sentido. Entendo que se trata de fazer movimentos circulares com os ombros para frente e para trás.

I would say indeed "role os ombros para frente e para trás" or even "enrole" os ombros (though it seems less common for me).

"Role os ombros" is a term used by my yoga teachers and it makes sense to me. If you'd want to stay away from a direct translation, you could say:

"Mova os ombros para frente e para trás"
"Relaxe os ombros, movendo para frente e para trás"
"Solte os ombros"
