English term or phrase: crazier than a shoeshine in a shitstorm
Valencia, who is full of herself, insinuates that Ilana was promoted to assistant manager from being a stripper due to sexual favors she did for one of the clients, Nick Santoro, at the Gentlemen's Club. Ilana and Nick are in a relationship now, which Valencia resents since she bears a grudge against her unrequited love for him. So, she always tries to put Ilana and Nick down at every single opportunity. In this particular segment, she tries to embarrass Ilana in front of her coworkers as they are preparing for the evening show. Valencia calls Ilana "a bitch", at which point Ilana decides to confront Valencia and put Valencia in her place:

"If that’s what you believe [that I did sexual favors], you’re crazier than a shoeshine in a shitstorm. You’re not the only star—or potential star—in this room. Stars can rise, and stars can fall."

you're crazier than a shoeshine in a shitstorm
você é uma doida varrida

Explanation:
