"Hazel Eyes" and "Amber Eyes" are very interesting words to translate. I think for these words we should not go for literal meaning or colors and these should be translated in culural context. For eyes colors, words used to define such eyes are "ਸ਼ਰਬਤੀ", "ਬਿਲੌਰੀ", "ਬਿੱਲੀਆਂ" etc. Hazal is something Golden-Brown color so we can say it "ਸ਼ਰਬਤੀ" or "ਬਿਲੌਰੀ". Same way Amber color is someting Yellowish-Brown so it can be defiend as "ਬਿੱਲੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ". Further debate is possible.
