Eu am avut in prima reactie ideea de a traduce prin "vanzare neavizata", dar risc sa aiba conotatii juridice care nu sunt incluse in textul sursa.

Asker: Multumesc. Context nu prea exista. Sunt o serie de sfaturi pentru cei care doresc sa scoata la vanzare terenuri. Unul dintre sfaturi este ... this may lead the sale of the land to be put on hold until market interest revives. Nowadays, no investors buy blindly. Hence, noone would advise for a blind sale.
