As incerca si aceasta varianta deoarece se arata clar ca poate fi inchis si numai personalul specializat sau insarcinat special al lor are acces la hartia igienica - nu exista pericol de contaminare externa, nu se poate impregan hartia igienica cu alte substante etc.
