Under the line [cvi-ethernet], enter the CVI IP address (W.X.Y.Z)
linked to the PC according to the Network Address (slave number) = (0 to 254).
Example: CVI with Network Address (slave nb): ‘0‘ has the IP address ‘10.32.49.1’

The slave number defined in the « ethernet.ini » file must have the same value as the network address defined in the “model / Update Descriptors“ menu.
Proceed as this to modify your communication parameters.
• “Model”
• “Update Descriptors”
• Then on the bottom of the window, you accede
to the following parameters:
- Comm. Port.
- Baud rate (8 data bits; 1 stop bit; no parity).
- Network Address (= CVI slave number).
