Aş avea nevoie de un cuvând mai puţin specilizat pentru "alegaţiile" de nivel 1 din acest text, pentru că instrucţiunile se adresează tuturor angajaţilor unei companii, care trebuie să înţeleagă rapid ce au de raportat, nu să consulte dicţionarul de neologisme. Mulţumesc "tari" mult!

Explanation:
Acest termen poate lua mai multe sensuri, în funcţie de context şi (definind acţiuni exclusiv umane) de calitatea persoanei care îl foloseşte. Astfel, un acuzator va formula o "alegaţie", adică va ACUZA pe cineva, în timp ce acuzatul se va apăra SUSŢINÂND că este nevinovat sau că a avut motive întemeiate să întreprindă acţiunea pentru care este acuzat.
Termenul mai poate avea şi sensul de "promisiune" în cazul angajamentelor asumate de soţi prin căsătorie.
Deci, în opinia mea, termenul trebuie tradus în funcţie de situaţie.

CU TAOTE ACESTEA, deşi poate sună forţat, cred că traducerea corectă în cazul tău, Mihaela (datorită omniprezentelor "invenţii şi inovaţii" terminologice americane) este "ABATERE"
