intrebare:

Iata ce am descoperit in \"Birds of the West Indies\", de un autor pe care-l cheama James Bond, no less:

Cuban bare-legged owl (Gymnasio lawrencei) (page 182)

Cuban Pygmy owl(Glaucidium siju)
Local names: Sijú; Sijucito; Sijú Platanero.
Urmeaza o descriere stiintifica si niste amanunte simpatice: \"The Cuban Pygmy Owl is the smallest of the West Indian owls and is one of the most abundant. Being largely diurnal it will probably be seen and almost certainly be heard by anyone strolling through the Cuban woodlands. Like others of its family it is very sluggish and allows a close approach. The notes are remarkably un-owl-like and quite unmistakable. They may be described as a shrill, rather deliberate \'ku-ku-ku-se-se-si-si-si\'. If heard close at hand the effect is quite startling.\" (p. 183)

Asta o fi?
