MULTI OFFSET screen
In LC-200R, the offset can be done every hardness value level
For this offset, the hardness of a reference specimen is measured and a difference is stored into memory of LC-200 hardness tester to reflect on the measuring scale level to be measured. By selecting a measuring scale as an offset object, it is offset automatically.
Max. 3 measuring scales can be offset
Refer to the following example.

Example)
Assume that the offset was done by using three reference specimens in HRC scale
Reference specimens employed
HRC 60.0 Measured value 60.2
HRC 40.0 Measured value 40.5
HRC 30.0 Measured value 29.5




Select a measuring scale to be offset
Press scale (Z-23-1) to transfer to the measuring scale selection screen (Z-24)
Select an offset memory of 0 ~ 2 by ▲▼ keys (Z-24-3,4 )
An offset memory can be selected by replacing the numeric value using ▲▼ keys
After selecting an offset memory, select a scale ( Z-24-l), and the scale is saved into this offset memory automatically.
Each offset memory is displayed as NONE when it is not saved
For changing the offset scale, select a new offset scale.
Each measuring scale can be deleted by pressing DEL key.
If the same measuring scale is selected at the same time, the scale indicator turns red to inform of a double selection failure.

Transfer from the offset scale selection screen to the offset screen by pressing EXIT key.
Input the offset scale of the offset memory at this time.

The offset memory being selected at this time serves as the offset memory as an input object of an offset value.

Set the offset point to 1.
***Input 60.0 to standard.
***Input 60.2 to measurement.
