я думаю, что здесь имеется в виду устройство типа "коллектор", в которое подключаются гидравлические фиттинги и электрические кабели. Такое устройство предназначено для того, чтобы поворачивать гидравлику вместе с поворотным кругом относительно неподвижной нижней части...А опорно-поворотный механизм устанавливается на поворотных подшипниках
